slept:10.0

loadsa sleep. Exhausted. Totally exhausted.

Braids FWTN. Enjoyed it (one down, 5 to go). didn't have a compass. Set off without a map, just with the pdf Oleg sent me on my phone. Then I met Oleg, and took a map. Should have kept my phone. I couldn't orientate it properly but the ability to zoom in was really cool esp when being able to see small passages through the gorse is crucial, and it was lit up in the dark. Maybe this is the future of orienteering. It would certainly end all arguments about which scale the maps should be. Time includes warm up / down (minimalist as usual...)

Cross training 40:00 [3] 2.0 mi (20:00 / mi)
slept:6.5

We're all ill with a cold in our house. Still not running and not really xtraining but had to cycle today for logistical reasons. Headwind. Wet.

After going 2 weeks with no running under physio instructions, my physio appt was canvelled once and rearranged, and now cancelled again as the physio is off sick. I can't even rearrange as they don't know when she'll be back, and there will be a load of others trying to rearrange. Hmmm. Can't decide what to do.
4 PM

Cross training 30:00 [3] 2.0 mi (15:00 / mi)

Still pissed off about the physio. Going to start the training regardless. Not sure the time off has worked much but I have had as much if it as I can take, so we'll see.
