kinlochleven to glencoe road run, with a nice high hill track for the last 3 miles. the run would have been dull had i not spiced it up with 8 x 3mins with 1min rec.
i was stripping wallpaper until 4am on friday night. i had to, the plasterer was coming at 10am saturday. then got up to singlehandedly shift the entire old kitchen to the tip. then packed and drove to see don and ruth at their weekend gaff at glencoe. no running. exhausted!

sports testing. interesting. have a long way to go to get to paula radcliffe's vo2max of 80 but the testing gives some insight on what in particular needs to be done to get quicker. i am 1.59m tall and weigh 55.5kg's apparently. i thought i was 1.64m. maybe i have shrunk.
feeling fresh after an easy day yesterday. worried i am getting a cold. not surprising considering my lack of sleep. kitchen fitters start today and the bathroom should be finished off and maybe, just maybe, we might get sone radiators on the walls today.
