So last weekend was fairly shit, and the last few weekes have been dire, but it has also been good for me to hit the bottom again. Makes me reassess what I want to get from orienteering this year, and helps me focus on what I need to do to get there. So a stint easy / x training until the Achilles calms down, then grit my teeth and get on with it. Apparently running will be painful for quite some time. Great! 'Injury management' - Just like last year all over again...
