Sore legs. I was trying to work out what the problem might be, but it occurred to me that maybe four days of running in a row after not a lot is probably enough. Esp with my knee swelling up again yesterday.

Note

Lots of things with the kids over the holidays. Feeling crappy, usual, blah, blah, blah, so on mission to recover went to bed at 5:30 on Saturday and slept until 7 then next morning. It helped I think. More focus needed on doing the right things to recover.
