Road running 4:00 [3] 0.5 mi (8:00 / mi)

Warm up running to the junior parkrun, carrying a football which proved surprisingly tricky.

Road running 11:29 [3] 1.53 mi (7:30 / mi)

Start at the junior park run start at the same time say he junior park run, run the opposite direction - to dvc then anti clockwise all the way around the meadows (by the road not through the loos / play park gap) and back to the junior park run finish trying to beat Lucy. She got me, running 10:55. It’s a good challenge though, and now my foot is feeling better I like to think I can push a lot harder next time. Bring it on Lucy!

Road running 5:38 [3] 0.6 mi (9:23 / mi)

Jog to the shop to test my foot out. It was ok. It got sore-ish after running around at the Scottish Schools XC today. Hmm.

Note

Cycled to work, locked bike in the basement, and then realised I had the wrong keys with me so I couldn’t unlock it for the planned lunch ride and extended ride home.so I tried to jog home to pick up the keys at lunch and didn’t even make the meadows before the Achilles pain stopped me. :-(. Foot f’d
