XC / road / hill race 54:39 [3] 6.9 mi (7:55 / mi)

Comrie relays. Leg 4. I last ran this in 2011, running 50:47 in a race when I remember feeling ultra fresh. Less fresh today due to a really bad stomach last night - I think I have food poisoning. I was quite pleased with the time, as I didn't feel good. 54:39 was faster than the "leg 4 record" of 54:40, but then again the 2011 time was a lot faster too, and Morag seems to have run sub-50 in 2010. What does it take to be awarded the record?
