Orienteering - race 34:40 [3] 5.3 mi (6:32 / mi)

This week has been a :( for many reasons, so not much running. ‘Well rested’ though for today’s urban. Much needed as it was eyeballs out the whole way. Felt like a sack of spuds the whole way, but 7.25 min miling pace so rapid enough! No real mistakes, could have possibly run 15 secs quicker, but no more.

Road running 43:19 [3] 5.34 mi (8:07 / mi)

Ran home from work, stressed and very tired with shot legs, staggered home only to find that I’d left my keys at work. Back to work then home again. I didn’t actually cry, but nearly did.

Then to school to help with the running club. When the teacher suggested Mrs Ward teams up with one of the faster kids for reps. Gee thanks!
