Physio - general S&C 50:00 [3]

Jill Stephen (Scotland’s best hill runner just now) has started doing S&C classes for runners for a modest charge. Meadows Pavillion at 7 for quads, hamstrings and glutes every Monday. Hopefully this will help massively as it is basically my Physio exercises, but you’ve paid money to go so you have to do it. In the rain this morning. Let me know if you want to join in and I’ll give you her contact details.

Jeez. A full day shuttling between Meggetland with Lucy for football (am) and Rugby (pm) while Loz and Ray went biking. It will be better when B is old enough for a Buggy run.

Braids 5k HBT handicap. I am too crocked for this really, so arranged for a v early start (just behind Sheila) and jogged around with Sarah O’N-Crawford. Shelia might have had a fighting chance if she hadn’t come at the Braids trig point from totally the wrong direction! Fun. Totally pissed off the golfers by chatting in a big pile afterwards. Whoops.
