Jogging around with the kids. 3 x 4 x 400. Meadows was hooching with gormless walkers / dogs / little kids on balance bikes. It was more claustrophobic than I’ve ever experienced there. Felt rubbish

Inch Park, Craigmillar and Prestonfield Golf Course with WHB in the rain. Going on the Golf Course = soft.

Same as yesterday but with a friend. Trotettes ding dong dash. Get paired up with a fellow trotette at random, run to their house, do a run that ends at yours, they run home. That was the idea, but Amelia had some baby clothes for me so she drove over, we went for a run, she drove home. Great idea tho.

I’ve had a dodgy knee recently, and coupled with exhaustion and a slide into general despair couldn’t face much running. But I got out today for once around Queens Drive with an effort put in for segment of the week. The path was ice free apart from where is skirts Castro, and the road all round was perfectly doable on a bike if anyone is crocked.
