Also managed to embed all my orienteering results on AP. depressing reading. Just shows how few orienteering events I do.

Nice run over Stretton Skyline route up to Caradoc then back down caradoc on race route.
Felt good health wise but just lacking fitness. No strength on the climbs and no speed on the flat and descents. Good day out though. Weather perfect.

Waterlane leisure centre again. Place was packed out but that's not saying much as there's only about 10 ropes up. Guess the ribs are better now as I can haul myself up.

35minutes to AW or 49minutes to Depot? ..
Quick one at awesome walls Stoke with Henry it was then. 2 of the grades hadn't been set yet so there wasn't a lot to go at.
Got bored pretty quick with the lack of variety.
Ribs still a bit sore.
