A few stop start runs in the morning with the others then went off on me tod in the afternoon. Didn't stop at all. Enough rest on the lifts.

After the 16 hours drive in a broken van just did a couple of runs. Quite hot out. Touching 30s but OK. Dry and dusty. Bike feels good so far

Ate too much during the day. For some reason I have to make myself big fat lunches when I go offshore. Like I might be Stranded at sea or something.
Calf tweaked again. Stopped pronto and walked back
