Previous night there were rough plans to do Stretton Skyline route for a long one but didn't fancy Carding Mill for the hundredth time this year.
Ended up doing Ragleth inn fell race route. Forgot how short it was. So headed up Ashlet and Yearlet for a bit extra. Felt sick here so not ideal. Headed back to the pub while Henry went up Callow again.

Good session though a bit more tired than last time. Did a couple of blacks I couldn't get before.

Nothing special. Just another chase run. Went farther than was actually planned but felt as if I'd done nothing by the end which is good I suppose.

Pace is getting a bit quicker but still shit slow. Shoes don't lend themselves to quick stuff but should be faster than this. Guess it will come.

Sent the red I did last week but found it easier. Also sent another red which I got nowhere near before cus I couldn't get hold of the big sloper. Getting way more sleep recently so putting that down to the increase in strength.
