Wrekin Wrecker.
First outing on the actual race.
Headache and a slight tight chest when I got up which didn't bode well.
Didn't feel as sprightly as on the second recce we did but just pressed on regardless. Ok on the downs. Bit better than usual anyway. Started wheezing on the last climb but left it too late to get the puffer out. Eventually did on the long run in and began to pick up pace again.

Managed a couple more reds and the new blacks I couldn't get close to before.

Nice and easy Lowestoft run down the Corton road after the roughest morning at sea. Got back to hotel at 10 and slept off the sickness and headache for the rest of the day.
Too dark really with no head torch but got out anyway.
