Rapid area.
Overall satisfied, a few small mistakes and probably a bit too cautious at the beginning but thoroughly enjoyed the adventure

Usual warm up then squat mobility warm up that seems to be doing wonders for my back but it’s a session in itself.

Squats, 3x6 (62.5kg)
(Glute bridges, calf raises, swiss ball hamstring rolls, Bar press, chin ups) x3

Monday night run Leigh Woods with Adam , Mark, and Keith.
Rolled ankle second time in 2 days, not that bad but must be careful
Nice cool evening
