A little scrappy but quite pleased I managed the time I did considering. Good to see Adam running well.
Not going to do this sort of weekend again. Going to take this week v easy.

A bad one.
A good start but really lacking in energy and concentration / pace steadily declined. Will try to be more fresh for Jukola.

Easy out with Meg to Leigh Woods.
Still hobbling about. It was nice run minus the fact we both got shit on by a big seagull and then I got a fly stuck in my eye and couldnt remove it for the fear of getting pink eye
