As usual a good start and then a steady drop off in energy.
Tried out taking some solid food (naked bar) but had to slow to a walk in order to digest it, so dry!
Disappointed there was no drink station.

Aim was good attackpoints for each leg and I pretty much managed that apart from on 10.
Suprised with result as I felt my pace was way off
