A new route for me this time up the Frome to Winterbourne and back through Stoke Gifford. A nice longer route with less climb than most of the runs here so a good one for taking it easy.

Spent the day surveying at Porthkerry and then stopped off in Taffs Well for a run with Marcus up the Garth and around and about. Enjoyed the Quarry viewpoint, the boggy lane less so!
I will come back to get the shredder segment sometime.
