That's all for today. Back is becoming quite a nuisance. I have Sciatica for about the first 15 mins of every run all the way down to my toes. Not sure what I did to make it flair up to the point that I feel it running but really hope it improves back to a manageable level soon.
Ankle / inside Achilles quite tight to start with from the twist last Wednesday.
Will skip Sugarloaf fell race tomorrow. Don't think its wise in my current state.
Cycled a fair bit today at least.
