BOK Stockhill.

Really nice course and moving well generally.
Took me ages to find 10 - kept relocating and ending up in the pit which I thought was right. Eventually found the control somewhere else after 5 mins of frustration.
Turned out that someone had moved the control mid-race to a different pit!
Rage ran from there on and let my self get pulled right on 14 by Meg who was running a close parallel leg later in the course after the map flip (foolish of me to think I'd caught her after 10!). Settled down after that.

Note

Hurt one of my hip flexors so going to take it easier this week. Its sorer walking and getting up than while running which is unusual and makes me think the gym last Friday is to blame.
