With Beth who is an absolute pro. Not really sure what I was doing, will improve with practice, but good to try it out. Probably won't do this that often but nice to have the option.

Just a little bit of front crawl as I was at the pool. Also wanted to feel like I had actually done something. Breathing feeling rubbish, won't come back to the pool until my cold is actually gone.
