Didn't have any pull buoys at the side, think I'll get my own. So was swimming with minimal kicking, but couldn't do nothing or my hips sank. Started to get some wrist pain (R) so stopped. Not really that great.
Aqua Jogging 20:00 [1]
Swapped to aqua jogging. Find it does aggravate my ankle though.
Feeling completely exhausted and couldn't push at all. Might have to have a double rest day before the weekend. I am completely worn out, still not properly better and lots of niggles. Very busy as well and not getting much chill time. Should not have ran yesterday, live and learn.
