Lovely chatty run with Alison. Good to get up a bit earlier than usual! Things feeling ok, no real pain when running, bit tight in places but otherwise pretty good. L ankle a bit sore afterwards.

Orienteering 5:00 [1]

Spent about an hour hanging controls for the ESOC new year event I organised. Couldn't ever really get jogging as had a lot to carry! Everyone seemed to enjoy it which was good :)

Note

Still feeling ok from being knocked down. Bruising hasn't come to much but I did spend 45mins icing, hands, knees and ankles when I got home after it happened. Joints are all a bit achy, keep noticing random bits of me that hurt. Might try a run tomorrow.

So I got knocked off my bike by a taxi on my way home from work. Came off surprisingly well, with just a few aches and bruises, bike didn't do quite as well...

V busy day, training's been a bit spontaneous over the last 2 weeks but I think I needed a break anyway and need to let these niggles settle down/heal properly before getting back into things.
