Good run with Kirstin :) To Inverleith Park and back. Going to say that max hr is wrong especially as it was on downhill, don't think I'm that unfit!

Went for a wander with Saz at Inshriach in the morning and found a few controls. Then got dropped off with Bry on our way back from Cairngorm to run back to Nethy Bridge. Was getting dark but a nice chatty run.

Put my o shoes on and decided v quickly that was a bad idea, as they were putting a lot of pressure on my heel again, so swapped to trainers and went for a run instead. Was absolutely gorgeous, need to spend more time in this part of the world! Did a loop round the loch and followed my nose a bit and then persuaded Bry and Isla to come back to the loch with me for some pics.
