With Beth, most of the warm up, skipped some of the single leg stuff.
Deadlift: 40, 50, 70kg 3x8 nothing too heavy
DbBP: 16, 16, 16kg 3x8
Core x3: Roll outs (10), side leg squeeze thing (15 each side), toe touches (40).

Have decided to chill until I have shaken this cold and give myself some time off before starting the cross training properly.
Ankles not feeling great after the gym and yesterday's physio exercises. Need to make sure I'm not making anything worse.
