Weekend spent spectating JEC and doing a wee bit of scotjos coaching.
Fun to watch but would rather be doing. Still ill.

Starting to get pretty grumpy at the fact that I am still ill and don't really seem to be getting better very quickly. Like seriously it's been 2 weeks body, get a grip!
Had another physio appt. Few more exercises to add in and went through some proper ankle strapping. Still seems positive about my chances of running in 3 weeks time.

Still feel terrible. Have had enough of sitting around but I don't really have a choice not to, at least I'll be buzzing to start cross training...
