DOMS are so real and combined with a v late start to the day decided to chill today, spend time with friends and actually have a break.

Steady spin. L ankle a bit sore around 10mins but settled down again.

Strength and Conditioning 45:00 [1]

WU: Thoracic stuff, goblet squat, KB SL hip hinge, inch worm, press ups, SL box squat, Bulgarian squat, TRX, chin ups 3x5, BOSU
Reverse OH lunge: 3x10, 25kg
Keeping the weight down, need to actually do weights consistently again before I up the weight!
Back Squat: 3x8 (20) 40, 40, 40kg
Deadlift: 3x8 70, 70, 70kg
DbBP: 3x8 16, 16, 16kg (each hand) Almost failed on the last rep.

250m WU and WD then 3 x 500m (90s-2mins between). Tough but managed to keep motivated and each 500m took about the same time.

Just did the short as I didn't want to be out for an hour. Really enjoyed it, I love night-o and have had to miss loads so far, need to do more.
