Nothing too difficult but was a bit longer than I expected and the map was wrong in places... Gorgeous day though so can't complain too much. Seem to have lost time on 7, 9 and 11. 7 - I didn't get told at the start not to come from above which apparently I should have been; 9 I went too far E, should have ran along the track a bit further; 11 had terrible routechoice, went to the track and I should have gone straight. Bit rough in places and ankle not v happy after.

Had plans to go to the gym, first pushed it back as had to clean the car and put new brake blocks on my bike. Then I forgot to take my lock with me when I went out, so didn't bother in the end. Have neglected the physio and stretch a bit this week, but been nice to have a more chill few days.

Bit fed up with doing nothing so went for a jog round the short at FWTN. Collected a couple of controls after as well. Hip a bit niggly.

Physio appt. Says my single leg strength has definitely improved which is good. Gave my a couple of adaptations and extra exercises to do. Also massaged my hip again.
Got drenched cycling to and from which didn't do the cold any good.
