Found it quite easy but that was probably exacerbated by the slow pace. Small miss on 9 - went in too early and took me a while to spot the control, feel like there was something funny with the map as I was not the only one to do this!

With Saz. Managed to bash my hand off a hold about 5mins after arriving. Instantly swollen and sore but was ok to keep climbing so I did. Almost managed a blue route, next time.

Cough got a bit worse after last night and throat really bad in the evening.

FWTN at KB. Wasn't sure if I'd be ok to run but thought I'd give it a go. Had to go really slowly to stop the HR getting up too high and the breathing getting bad. Good course though and enjoyed it.

With Saz in my Gym, again really nice to have company.
Bent knee iron cross, rollover into v-sit, rocking frog, fire hydrants (both ways), mountain climbers, cossack squats, rear foot elevated hip flexor stretch.
Thoracic stretches, broomstick, goblet squat, KB SL hip hinge, Inch worm, Bulgarian squat, SL box squats, Reverse lunge off box, Band walks.
Split Squat 3x 5+5 (10) 20, 20, 20
OH squat 3x6 20, 20, 20
Will look at increasing weight once not in my gym!
