Tockholes. Skills course and hopped between 4 gals as we moved through the different sections. Good fun! So muddy and still struggs on the hills.

Ilkley Moor shadowing athletes at the talent camp and collecting controls. My navigation was ok ish (apart from when I stopped paying attention) but physically struggling especially on the hills. Hey ho, this is where I am and once I get back into the swing of things it'll get easier again.

Didn't really want to exercise today, "not tooth" very sore. They had to cut off a piece of the jaw so not that surprised.
