Left the house today for the first time since I got back on Monday, still got a cough and not full of energy yet.

(injured) (sick)

Ooft, full blown ill now, was expecting after feeling it coming over the weekend. Not much energy. Have a new pain on the front of my R ankle and L ankle on the inside has started hurting again. Might take a trip to the physio, see how it goes over the next couple of days.
Being sensible with no running today (though did walk for about an hour hanging tapes for Stirling Uni Orienteering Club training), which means that running every day in Jan is over but hey ho, better to not be injured long term if I can...
