Aqua Jogging 50:00 [1]

In the Loughborough Uni 50m pool with Phil. Quite enjoyed being in a big pool, less time faffing about turning round! Did not enjoy being in a lane in the middle of the pool with people splashing from both sides. Was fun anyway.

Scottish Night Champs - Pollock CP
Enjoyed it, not the trickiest of areas but you still had to pay attention. Bit hesitant out the start as there were a lot of extra paths but did actually go straight to the control. Mostly settled into it after that with a little wobble at 4 (again confusing paths) and 10 but didn't have any other issues. Still struggling a bit with the cold so speed was not high.

Easy run from home. Felt really slow and it was a bit of a struggle. Still not over the cold properly.
