JK Middle
Had Saz starting 2mins behind me and it was a little depressing when she caught me up on the way to 5. Again just had no go and really struggling on the hills. Didn't make a proper plan for 15 and got distracted by Alice (starting 4mins behind), ended up too high. Probably should have gone the other way to 16 as well (L rather than R) as you would have had to climb less. Again, enjoyed it but sad not to be able to move a bit faster.

JK Sprint - MOD Stafford
Major struggle, couldn't push at all and very aware I had to get through 4 days of "racing". Wasn't a very tricky area and I wasn't able to run very fast at all. Slight hesitations on 16 and 23 as they felt very wrong... Enjoyed it still, but frustrating to be ill.

Not feeling brillo so dropped the plans for swimming or running and just did gym. The usual WU and physio and then only had time for Back Squat (3x8 40kg). Felt quite hard, legs still tired from the weekend probably.

Had no go from the off which was a bit frustrating, but I think yesterday must have taken a lot out of me and I possibly didn't eat enough this morning. Made it round and don't feel like I got slower so at least stamina wasn't really an issue. Found the map a bit confusing 1-2, need to trust myself a bit more. Now realised that I didn't need to climb on the way to 15 and should have stayed lower. Bit off on 17, couldn't really see the veg boundary and hadn't gone far enough when I started to faff, otherwise was all fine.
