There was a definite something going on with the ankle this morning, I wouldn't say it was pain (I am being hyper aware) but just a slight feeling of something off. Maybe to do with exercising earlier in the day after only cycling and not much walking to warm it up?!

First time I've done this properly, and why I wanted Andrew there to help me! Took a bit of faff to find the right weight for now and to get into the best position (need to sit on a weight to be at the right height for the bench!)
