So work has been insane over the last wee while. Everyone in the office was ill at the start of March and while I didn't get properly ill, I've felt a little bit coldy and run down ever since, I'm guessing being so busy hasn't helped either. Been trying to keep things a bit more chill at the weekends and evenings but I think I've been pushing it too hard for a while so need to give it some time to feel ok again. I have been keeping the running and body balance going, other forms of training have slipped. V busy with work until the 16th then it's JK (middle and relay) and then I'm away for a bit. Hopefully into May I'll be able to get things going again. Sometimes other parts of life have to take priority over training.
