Normal instructor wasn't there so was spin instead of RPM, not as keen on this but still worked hard.

Again plans changed but I booked a massage which I really needed. Worked on my back and neck (desk job is soooo bad for you) and into glutes as well.

Was booked in to spin but ended up leaving work late so went for a run instead. Was nice to be out.
