Did some hill reps. 5 x 3min + jog back down (2.5mins). Fairly pleased with this, I actually managed to do 5 without losing form and I got to basically the same point each time. Should have worn my HR monitor but honestly I haven't worn it in so long I sort of forgot it was a thing.
10min jog there + a couple of drills before and a jog back with Phil after. He did a different run but we both ended up on the top at the same time! Fairly stop start on the way back as there were lots of ducklings to look at and we saw the cygnets again too.
