Warm Up in circuits.
Reverse lunge 40kg 2x12
OH squat 25kg 2x8 (wrists were holding me back on this!)
Back Squat 40, 30, 35kg 3x6, lower back was twingey on 40 so dropped it down)
Deadlift 50, 60, 60kg 3x6
