Orienteering 40:41 [3] 5.16 km (7:53 / km) +100m 7:11 / km

Scottish Relay Champs. Last leg in a team with Helen and Katrina. Wasn't sure how I'd feel, but planned to keep it easy and try and get the nav right by not going too fast and getting into can't breathe and lightheaded like last time.
Katrina set me out in 1st which I wasn't expecting and was a little sad about as I was fairly sure in this state I wouldn't be able to hold the lead and I have always wanted to win the Scottish relays!
Anyway, I didn't feel too bad doing this, not great but not terrible. As ever I had no oomph, had to walk all the hills and I couldn't push at all. To add to the fun I also had some stomach cramps (thanks biology). Made one silly mistake where I hadn't read the map properly and hadn't gone far enough down the hill, and that's when Mairi came past. We did get 2nd though so can't complain too much!

Walking support in Glen Dye, went and nicked some maps from the start and then found a place to cheer Andrew and Phil and supply extra jelly babies as needed.

Felt slow but not too bad. Been much more careful with activity levels over the weekend and that has meant I didn't overdo it.
