Easy run around the POC course at Hampstead Heath to run in some new terrain shoes. Surprisingly tricky to keep track of all the small paths. Also quite a challenge to actually spot the wooden control points so a significant amount of time was spent standing around comparing tree trunks and other inanimate objects. Big mistake not wearing any leg cover as some controls brought me into thick vegetation with thorns and nettles. Ouch! So training wise it was rather terrible but happy the shoes and feet worked well.
