Canterbury City Race. Quite straightforward orienteering throughout. A few semi-tricky legs but mostly clear route choices. Missed 19 as I lost focus and ran past the control. May have been able to go a bit harder overall but quite happy with my time. Particularly enjoyed the scenic legs along the old city wall and Westgate Towers. Great fun!

Long run up to Crystal Palace and back home. Quite a hilly route to be in London. Didn't have too much energy to begin with so not my best run. Some splendid views of the London skyline along the way, especially from Norwood Park.

Long run home from Kensington Gardens via Battersea and Clapham. Took it rather easy to maintain a steady pace. Sped up for the last 4 km as I had energy to spare. Nice route but VERY rainy today.
