great bike ride around peaks and up cur bar gap - about 10 mins to cover 1 mile - wow thats how to drop your average speed. Ate breakfast 2 hrs before ride and banana 1 hr before no lack of energy. PSP2 drink at high concentration and fizzy vitamins beforehand. Feel good.
