Testing a new morning option. Out up the hill through the forests, but then continue through to the fitness parcour and put in to Richterswil before heading back along the lake. Climb seemed allow on Strava, maybe due to the tree cover that makes GPS difficult.. a nice longer option. Pushed at 4:10 along the lake to test for the races coming up

Cycling tour from home to Rapperswil along the lake and across the bridge separating the upper and lower lake. About 15k there, 14k back as we explored a little. Beautiful town, we need to fix Anca's bike

Cold and heavy rain. New goal is to make every Tuesday and Thursday a hard workout, aiming for the 17.5k race in April. Started today and felt great: nice and light.

Gently this morning as the legs are a little heavy. Just enough light at 6:45 to head out through the forest. Torch in the pocket, but didn't need it. Cold again though (2*), and icy on the lake boardwalk
