Orienteering 1:17:05 [4]

NSW state league at Wattle Ridge
Tough course, small mistakes on every single control
Went too low on number 3 and got caught by Daniel, but overtook him going to 4 because I hit the track further along than him
Was pretty careful through the next section and took the track wherever possible, so all good until 11 where I lost contact and had to relocate to the bare rock which I should have been aiming for in the first place
Pretty poor concentration through the last bit, spiked 12 but my plan was to aim off to the track, the messed up 13 and got caught by Daniel again

Orienteering warm up/down 15:00 [3]

Orienteering 45:00 [5]

Intervals at Radford where we had to find the start and do 1 leg, was actually pretty hard
Then doing all the intervals together as a mass start race

Orienteering warm up/down 30:00 [3]

Running 11:57 [5]

3k 'O' time trial at AIS
Good idea in principle, but the instructions weren't really complex enough for it to be a challenge, just slowed down our times

Running warm up/down 30:00 [3]

Orienteering 30:00 [3]

Contouring exercise on Bruce Ridge, not too interesting

Orienteering 10:00 [5]

4 person sprint relay at the Carotel with Patrick, Russel and Rebecca
Pretty fun, though I think 10 mins is an exaggeration

Orienteering 1:00:00 [3]

Map memory exercise at Kowen, not too difficult

Orienteering 1:00:00 [5]

Orienteering intervals at Black Mountain
Was running against Daniel which was good, biggest mistakes were getting distracted by him and drifting off my bearing
