Really really nice run, if it wasn't for the tiny road section I mightn't have believed I was in the middle of sydney suburbs. Good bush almost the whole way and had lizards darting away from me at every corner
The trail on the northern side of the river was more rough than I expected, quite a few sections of rock I couldn't run. Also the signposting isn't great, ended up going down some little paths that aren't the actual trail
The southern side of the river was faster running, though went to a few toilet blocks before I found one which was open so I could drink
Ended up a tiny bit longer than I expected but well worth it
