i finally got a good light for riding on dark roads at night, so i thought i might as well do it. man, i've regressed. i join this site and then stop riding altogether - i don't think that's how it's supposed to work. the thigh burn felt good, but my lower back pain from having a core made out of apple pie filling and marshmallows did not feel good. the light shone bright, though - it's a stella 200 that i bought from kyle, and i'm pretty sure i permanently blinded any drivers of passing cars. i was going to call it quits after the first 700ft climb, but i figured that this light has been all over the world in some of the most brutal environments imaginable, so maybe i should suck it up and tack on that last 150 feet. the goal now is to get back to 2K by the end of the year. oh and to do yoga or some shit for my back.
