Need to restart endurance training for the season. The air is currently much too cold for my lungs for an outside workout, so inside short-burst running-in-place to fun music does a pretty nice job. 1:30-2:00 songs, 3 in a row, a minute's rest in between, slightly longer breaks at the half-hour.
