Epic conditions...We walked the first 12 km, un runnable almost un walkable blizzard 70km/h winds and very cold...But we had real fun with my friend, just laughed of our insanity!!!

Threshold/Vo2 combo workout. 12 min easy warmup . Then run 15:00 at 4:55 pace. Then run 5:00 flat at normal easy pace as a recovery, and run 10 x 1:00 hard hills (5:50 pace/9% incline) with 2:00 easy flat running in between. Then easy jogging for recovery.
