Focused on the other parts of the body today...
Small warmup jog over to Arvin and up the stairs
Some pushups to get the blood flowing
Bicep curl- 50 lbs - 3 x 10
Assisted pullup machine thing- Alot of pullups adding more weight to help - me each time
Back Row- 105 lbs- 3 x 10
1 arm bicep curls- 20 lbs- 3 x 10 (each arm)
Arm raises (shoulders)- 20 lbs each hand- 3 x 10
Inverted lat raises- 1 x 11
Ankels to bar- 2 (I quit)

Our team had a good long talk today, so no running for me today, depressing...!

Plan For tomorrow...

Going to China Town for a Field Trip w. DFL, so hopefully I can squeeze in a lift when I get back.

Monday May 5

Weight Lifting 1:20:00 [3]
Nice weight lift today. I decided that I am going to start splitting my upperbody workouts over two days to keep my muscles from hitting a detraining effect.
Single arm bench press- 55 lbs 3 x 10
Inclined Fly Press- 30 lbs- 1 x 10, 25 lbs- 2 x 10
Tri Pulldown- 50lbs- 3 x 10
Bench Press- 155 lbs- 3 x 6, 95 lbs- 1 x 10
staggered overhead tri pulldown- 42.5 lbs- 3 x 9
barbell squat- 205 lbs- 1 x 6, 185 lbs- 2 x 8
Calf raises- 185 lbs- 3 x 15

ABS:
50 situps
50 crunches
50 leg raises
50 bent kness raises
50 flutter kicks
50 oblique crunches each side

From now on, I'm gonna do a "Plan for tomorrow" so I can motivate myself to sart working out. (If I put what I PLAN to do, and don't do it, then it'll show to everyone).

SO for tomorrow...
