Note

Right calf was sore yesterday. Took the sensible decision not to run today and leg felt fine today. Will rest tomorrow as well.

Left calf still feels like it is attached in the wrong way and I'm not sure that will ever improve but I am trying to make the best of what I can do. The rest of my legs feel like they are getting stronger in the right places, more flexible in the right places and like I have a bit more control, so I will keep doing what I'm doing. Mileage is still low but I couldn't even manage 20 in the last year without left calf and achilles being in a lot of pain before so this is an improvement.
