Running long (Steady Run/Walk) 1:52:34 [4] * 9.42 mi (11:57 / mi)
shoes: Asics Gel-DS Trainers

This was a flat road run as opposed to a trail as you instructed, but still felt good. It's easy to keep walking or running if you're I'm paying attention and focusing on the fact that I should be switching up. I will need more practice with this.

Swimming (Steady Paced Swim) 1:05 [3] 1.4 mi (46 / mi)

A nice steady paced swim. It feels good getting back in the pool after running all week.
8 AM

Walking warm up/down (TM Flat Walk) 30 [3] * 2.5 mi (12 / mi)
shoes: Asics Gel-DS Trainers

Easy walk.

Running intervals (Flat Cruise Intervals) 1:16:42 [4] **** 7.1 mi (10:48 / mi)
shoes: Asics Gel-DS Trainers

Tough one! I found myself really staring at my watch around a half-mile each time. LOL. Some of the jogging was walking but I'm getting better!

Running warm up/down (Flat Walk/Run/Walk) 1:00:24 [3] ** 6.3 mi (9:35 / mi)
shoes: Asics Gel-DS Trainers

This was a relatively easy workout. I am noticing it's taking a good 20 minutes to consider myself "warmed up." Even after the 10 minute walk, I will needed to run about 10 mins before I felt good and could carry a conversation again.

Running warm up/down (Slow Easy Run) 33:21 [2] ** 3.2 mi (10:25 / mi)
shoes: Asics Gel-DS Trainers

Slow easy run. As you mentioned in one of your notes, I probably went to fast for this one. I need to control it better.
